Review: PicassoTiles Roller Coaster Magnet Building Blocks

Today we’re reviewing the 45-piece Magnetic Roller Coaster Building Blocks set we received compliments of @picassotiles.

This marble run toy uses magnetic blocks + snap-tracks to build different configurations for the marble run, but its parts are too complicated for 2 and 4 year olds and they got easily frustrated with the set.

Review: The Build Me Blanket Fort by Jumpoff Jo

Intended for ages 3+, the fort kit features 3 tarp-like 72” x 54” panels in ripstop polyester, nylon ties and bean bag weights. The brightly colored panels tie together in different layouts to make one large blanket fort over your furniture, campsite or maybe even at the beach. The weights make it so the fort doesn’t sag.

Overall, we love that the panels save our clean blankets from the wrath of our fort-loving two and four-year-olds.

Toy Review: Lakeshore Learning Royal Kingdom Adventure Castle & Precious Ponies Playset

The kids and I are excited to review a pair of playsets compliments of Lakeshore Learning’s at-home educational line for language-boosting pretend play. These sets are part of the brand’s newly launched Gifts for Growing Minds Collection for the 2018 holiday season!

In this post, we’ll be reviewing the Royal Kingdom Adventure Castle and the Precious Ponies Playset.  Designed for at-home educational play, we’ve found these sets to be sturdy and thoughtfully accessorized, all with the quality we’ve come to expect from this brand favorite.

And, as you know, we like to be out of the house. So when we’re stuck inside, it’s toys like this that make the day more fun.
